This book changed my life. It's actually OK to be a 'giver'!! WHO KNEW!?! Grant does the studies and gives us the strategies to be a giver without being a pushover or a doormat. I am adding this book to my library!

Very insightful. A different way of looking at business relationships and this affects one's success. Definitely jives with my observations in the workplace. The examples were particularly interesting.
