". . .descriptions of her husband's (Lee Oswald) failed attempt on the life of right-wing General Edwin Walker." I'm not going to waste time dissecting this dreadful book, nor the author, Swanson's, unfortunate misinformational careers at various shill tanks (the reviewer called them "think tanks" ? ? ?) but focus just on the ALLEGED attack on anti-Kennedy ultra-rightwinger, John Bircher, General Edwin Walker. After Walker's dismissal from the US armed forces, for his indoctrination of subordinates with John Birch Society material (founded the by Koch family, of course), Walker took part in armed conflicts interfering with James Meredith's attempt to matriculate at University of Mississippi, and later Walker's possible involvement in the deaths of two reporters, and Attorney General Bobby Kennedy issued a warrant for Walker's arrest for " ..seditious conspiracy, insurrection and rebellion." Some years later, on June 23, 1976, and again on March 16, 1977, Edwin Walker would be arrested and charged with multiple counts of public lewdness at a Dallas park, to which Walker pled guilty. (The only thing about the entire Warren Commission fantasy which is remotely believable is that Lee Oswald, a fan of JFK's, might actually take a shot at the wackadoodle Edwin Walker, and miss from 10 feet away (as Lee was a notoriously poor shot), but still no viable evidence was presented to concretely establish this allegation, unlike the damning criminal record and military record of Gen. Edwin Walker.
