Jenna Fox doesn't remember her life before the accident. Her father tells her that things will go back to normal in time, but Jenna is not sure she will ever feel like herself again, whoever that was. As time passes, she learns that her…

Very good book! There are some problems with it, in terms of how realistic it is, but it definitely has an interesting storyline. I am not big on sci-fi readings, but I really enjoyed this book.

the thoughts are true. its frustrating for her to be that way when her brain tells her shes supposed to be perfect and perfect is something even she cannot reach. jenna is torn and shes forced to be something even when its really not her.…

A good read, with interesting ideas about the future of biotech and what it means to be human and humane.

How far parents will go to keep their miracle child, going against the law and into hiding allow Jenna to lead a somewhat normal life until she discovers what her parents did and what she is. A story of love and the consequences of…

The story is interesting but complex, and if there are themes or points trying to be made, they get lost. Character development is weak and the plot seemed to drag out. I also hated the ending.

This novel is a great little piece of science fiction. Set in a world that is only slightly in our future, Jenna's efforts to figure out who she is deftly explore the issues of identity, humanity, and grapples with the relationships that…

This book is grippingly intense and readers undergo a remarkable adventure to determine who Jenna Fox really is.

Had to read this for a university children's lit class. It did get me page turning at first, but the trite, teenage relationships read a little too much like wish-fulfillment (like the terrible stuff I used to write when I was 15!). Good…

This book is an overlooked gem in the YA genre. Part dystopian, part sci-fi, and all gripping.

I wonder when this book is set in? It's definitely somewhere in the future, but where?

I seriously don't think it was that good. It was very cliche-ridden, corny, and unpractical. After a while, I got really annoyed at all the fragmented and cryptic sentences, and the epic/dramatic endings of each "chapter" (there are…

This would have to be one of the best books I've read in a very long time. I would recommend this to anyone interested in speculative fiction, biology, the future... pretty much anybody.

This was one of those books that stuck with me for a while after I finished it. I loved the plot of the book: how far would you go to protect the ones you love? How far is too far? It read a little like a mystery, which kept me turning the…

The Adoration of Jenna Fox is absolutely stunning. The plot is an ingenius story and the insightful questions it poses will force you to rethink your previous thoughts on the subject. The story all boils down to: When is enough? Where is…

One of the best futuristic stories I have read in a long time. When reading the synopsis I wasn't sure I would like it but it was definitely one that i couldn't put down. The characters were so heartfelt and the setting so honest that at…

I absolutely loved this book. It was so beautiful. If you haven't read this book you should, it will really touch your heart.

I found this a rather difficult book to get into, but in hindsight, the overall tone of the book is as distant and as bizarre as the main character Jenna is herself. "How far would you go to save someone you love?" Read the book and…
