The audio book gives a great deal of insight into the thought process, living strategy and other details about wolves. It also shows how family values develop or are neglected when one gets myopic and goes after
goals that require a person to be away from the family. Enjoyed the book

Interesting story about an animal researcher who lives in the forests of Quebec for 2 years in his attempt to join a wolf pack, leaving behind his wife and children. He sees the wolf pack as a family and their behavioral information is interwoven with the story to show the correlations between the wolf family and the human family. As always, Jodi Picoult’s writing flows easily and she doesn’t shy away from dealing with difficult subject matter. Having different readers for each character really enhances the audio CD. They are all very good.

good storyline and Jodi P's trademark articulation onmoral choice for comatose patients. Fairly comprehensive research on wolf's behaviour.
