General adult.
Family therapist Susan Stiffelman is here to help. While most parenting programs are designed to coerce kids to change, Parenting Without Power Struggles does something innovative, showing you how to help your children awaken their natural instincts to cooperate, rather than employing threats or bribes, which inevitably fuels their resistance.

Fabulous advice, directly applicable with our pre-teen (12-year-old daughter). A wonderful reference for anyone struggling to "come alongside a youngster" vs. getting in a constant argumentative power struggle. We're already noticing a difference in how we communicate and know this will make a huge positive impact for the next 6 years. Wow.
