I really like this DVD, I agree that familiarity with the poses makes it a lot easier.
I got my significant other to do it, appreciate that a male is leading this one

Overall I like this approach to yoga. There are 5 short workouts that you can select from depending on your need. But as I am still new to yoga I found the speed is just a little too quick. I imagine once I'm more familiar with more poses I will come back to this DVD.
