Did you know that the youngest survivor of Auschwitz was just 4 years old? I didn't until I read Survivor's Club by Michael Bornstein. This book is packed full of facts about the Holocaust and Auschwitz. Even though I knew the ending somewhat b/c this is a nonfiction book about Michael, I found that I couldn't put it down b/c I had to know what happens to his whole family. I highly recommend this book.

WOW , remarkable and one of the best ever written on the Holocaust . Saw Michael Bornstein on TV and knew I just had to read this book . Well done , not dark and morbid , but truthful and incredible . Very much recommend this book.

Blown away by this remarkable true story. I heard the author speak on a podcast episode of "Stuff You Missed in History Class", checked this book out, and then I read it in a single afternoon. You'll want to set down the book to absorb lines like this: "It takes about sixty minutes to adjust and to accept that everything has been stolen from you, even your name."
