From the golden-haired, curly-headed half of Simon & Garfunkel--a memoir (of sorts): artful, moving, lyrical; the making of a musician; the evolution of a man, a portrait of a life-long friendship and collaboration that became one of the most successful singing duos of their time. He writes about his life before, during, and after Simon & Garfunkel . . . about their folk-rock music in the roiling age that embraced and was defined by their pathbreaking sound.

I very much liked the originality of this publication! If you want to read stories about his life, this is not the book for you. He buries the "stories" in poems/lyrics and succinct prose. The book itself is very artistic with a font designed specifically to imply his handwriting and the photos are sometimes interesting. Care went into this book, so kudos to the publisher and the author!

Didn't like it. Didn't finish it. Hard to follow authors train of thought. Would not recommend.

Disappointing book. Nonsensical. Read something else.
