A good addition to the series. If you are out of shape but don't want to (or cannot) bounce around like a youngster, Tai Chi is likely a good fitness choice. It's slow movements help with relaxation, flexion, balance, and coordination. Yes, you can work up a sweat in slo-mo. Enjoy.
