I'm not a fan of Marvel's live-action shows, or even DC's for that matter. This particular series started off quite strong in the first episode, sporting inventive cinematography, writing that wasn't abysmal, interesting VFX, and an intriguing if a little standard psychic protagonist plot with characters that didn't all seem like cardboard cutouts for these types of shows (emphasis on "all"). The pilot ended in a storm of bad CGI and odd camerawork, but I was still interested enough to continue. Unfortunately, once episodes 3 and 4 hit, the plot, dialogue, characters, action, and camerawork becomes just as bland, stale, lifeless, and hysterically bad as every other crappy superhero TV show out there. The finale improved a little bit but the final "fight" and ending were honestly just laughable and made me want to not continue the show. I was very disappointed by this show, as I had heard beforehand that this was different from the rest of the stale comic book show scene. It's not after the first couple episodes, trust me.

I LOVED this series! What a twist with incorporating mental health and superpowers!
