The way the story is told is beautiful. It begins with one character, then pauses and switches to a different character. The narrator is very present and highly amusing. The audience does not get lost in time because the narrator always tells us what is happening simultaneously. The reader is fantastic.

This book is funny and full of action. It made me laugh and I liked that the main character was a mouse. I recommend this for readers who like adventure.

I was plesantly suprised by the story, it's much better than the film in my opinion. Lyrically told, it certainly held my attention if not completely that of my not-quite-4 yr old. Children a little older would certainly appreciate it more.

There is nothing sweeter in this sad world than the voice of someone you love calling your name.
