I love the research that Dr. Rolls does on how to reduce the calories in a favorite food without reducing the satiety. This book appears to be a response to folks who found the research explanations to be too much in The Volumetrics Diet. Personally, I prefer understanding the research before reading the recommendations, but if you just want some recipes and a basic understanding of the science, this book is a good start.
