not an easy book to digest as the author expects the reader to do the things he suggests..but the thing is they work....Krakow is unusual in the sleep doctor world as he talks about how it really is for people with trauma and other "mental" issues. He also deals with the dreaded CPAP machine quandary...A good read, lots pf help if you can take it, in my opinion
