this was a quick read as a female adult recently diagnosed, I'm trying to learn what I can. There was one chapter directly related to women with Asperger's and the rest would have been useful to me 30 or so years ago when I was a teenager and grappling with this. I think this book is better suited for teens and/or parents of young girls who may be diagnosed. A lot of my adaptive skills and coping are already developed and was hoping for more insight on how to manage the internal noise.
