A must read for abused women and those who want to understand and help them.
An outstanding book.
5 Stars

For a complete understanding, I just read "Nice Girls Just Don't Get It" by Lois Frankel.

These 2 books together, can change your life from always putting others needs ahead of your own because your "so nice" aka "people know they can take advantage of you and do". You answer a request with yes, even though you'd rather say no...but "nice" girls believe they have to be agreeable or else people won't like them and or will withhold their love.

These 2 books together show you how you got to be like this in the first place and help you logically to look and think how being "nice" has impacted your life and, most importantly not gotten the life you want and or need.
