Opinion

From Library Staff

"My first favorite heroine was Nancy Drew. :-) My Mom and Grandma searched high and low to get me the original books for my birthday every year for... well, years. Her determined, won't take no for an answer, go out and make your own path attitude shaped so much of my growing up years."

In this story, Nancy meets several people all related to one Mr. Josiah Crowley. Mr. Crowley had died years before, and even though he had promised to include them in his will he did not. This leads Nancy on the search of a missing will, hoping to solve the mystery.

Near the middle of it, you really think you know what's going to happen but it turns out very unpredictable.

Fine. It's not great literature, but it's Nancy Drew. A sweet blast from the past that made me remember my girlish dreams to grow up to be a detective.
