Cuba's unspoiled tropical terrain, closed for decades by a U.S. trade embargo, escaped the commercialization of its Caribbean island neighbors. A title wave of hotels, asphalt, and pollution may be just ahead, if tourism experts are right. Look inside the long-closed paradise to see what the future holds for Cuba's unusual species of amphibians, reptiles, and fresh water fish.

What a marvel! Cuba has an incredibly rich habitat full of wonderful creatures, flora and fauna.
Ironically, the absence of capitalism plus the US embargo have seemingly protected this nature sanctuary. Little development has led to a continuity of nature and the habitat for its creature over the last half a century.

To the Galapagos of the Caribbean.

Definitely a destination worth exploring up close.

An informative film and worth watching.
Excellent to see people caring for their environment even though their poor economic situation is extreme.
