Fantastic book! Recipes are great and suggestions on how to make "family dinner" a regular and fun event are realistic and doable.

I've spent a lot of time flipping through this gorgeous book -- it's one to buy. It's very inspiring to think how much good you're doing by simply making a home-cooked meal. There are beautiful illustrations, great ideas & tips, and some keeper recipes. I absolutely crave the crispy black bean cakes with guacamole and grilled corn (p. 107). Yum!
