This title wins the coveted 5 forks from the Smorgasbook book club. Ming creates stunning dishes that are truly one pot creations. Special features include amazing pictures, color coded page edges to help with quick recipe discovery, side bars feature wine and beer pairings and quick tips. Ingredients are brief and easy to find at the market. Ming provides a glossary if you are unfamiliar with an ingredient or cooking style. If you are into sweets this cookbook might disappoint as it is missing a desserts chapter.
