I am a new Christian, this book is good in a sense that it teaches me about what it means to "rest in the lord" and it teaches me on what being humble and always glorifying god means.

But some of the events (miracles) that have transpired in the book is questionable.

There was a point in the story that says that "Yun" was being prosecuted by the Chinese government after he have escaped from incarceration, he mentioned that the government officials are actively looking for him and he have to hide, and have to stop walking about the streets. But at the same time he have suffered serious injuries and he went to the hospital to see a doctor.

So I said to myself "Now wait a minute, if the whole country is looking for you, wouldn't it be a bad idea to turn up at the government hospital where they can track you down?"

This is just one of the incident on top of my head I can think about, if you read the book you will find out many other questionable events.
