eh, just an okay book. The trouble I had with the book was the language. For educated people and people who were made out to be decent people, their vulgarity was out of character. As well, what parent allows their son to use such vulgarity in front of them? Why do authors feel like in order to grab the reader's attention, they need to use profanity? It actually ruins it for me. I also thought it a little out there that the mayor who'd been beaten and ridiculed by his own employee would ask that employee to stay in his employ. It was well-written, minus the language, but it just didn't garner a high rating for me.
