A great book for those interested in nutritional science and the effects of animal versus plant-based foods in the body. This is not a self-help book, but rather a mountain of evidence towards to the conclusion that plant-based diets can powerfully overcome, prevent, and reverse some of the most common diseases and ailments in America. Be prepared for charts and descriptions of lengthy experiments, with only a tiny portion of the book dedicated to "how to" change your life.
