Froreigners formed resistance cell in Paris during Paris's German occupation in world war II. An account of the formation of one neigborhood of Armenians, Spanish Reds, Italian and Polish Jews formed an "army of crime"; how they succeeded from small to big "crimes" against the French Collaborators and the occupying Germans; to how they were caught at the end.
